Do I have to pay with a credit card?
No. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Personal check take up to 10 days to clear before we ship. We do not accept credit cards. I will say that if you use "bill pay" from your online checking, your bank will cut us a check and mail it to us. We will not hold your order in this case, depending on the item(s) you ordered.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
It depends on what you ordered, if it is in stock, if it is a custom order and how you paid for it. Most of the time, we ship immediately after you pay with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not. We are very clear in our descriptions of what condition the item is in, during our possession. Due to the fact that many of our items are fragile and hard to find, we cannot be shipping them back and forth. This increases the risk for damage. We do insist that you insure fragile items in case any damage is incurred by the postal carrier. It is up to you to file a claim.
